LIFE CERAM was disseminated at the VERNÍS, S.A. stand, at CEVISAMA 17
(the other is Cersaie, in Bologna, Italy) which this year brought together more than 80,000 people from all over the world, according to a press release issued by the organisation at the end of the edition.
On this occasion, the stand of the firm VERNÍS, a participating entity in the LIFE CERAM project, showed a poster describing the characteristics and objectives of this action, as well as a panel with the pieces obtained that all visitors and customers of VERNÍS could consult, touch and see up close, and to whom any doubts or questions that arose as a result of the exhibition were explained.
ABOUT LIFE CERAM
LIFE CERAM is the European LIFE+ project coordinated by the Institute of Ceramic Technology (ITC), with the participation of the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Ceramic Tiles and Flooring (ASCER) and the companies KEROS Cerámica, S.L., VERNÍS, S.A. and CHUMILLAS-TARONGI, S.L.., that achieved its objectives: to achieve zero residue in the ceramic tile manufacturing process through the design of a highly sustainable manufacturing process, which has allowed the generation of a ceramic product whose support and coating have been obtained from ceramic waste generated in the process itself.
